  • What's the minimun hire duration?
    The minimum hire duration is 2 hours.
  • Will I be charged for Idle Hours?
    Idle hours are additional hours when the mirror is required, on site but not in operation until an agreed time. Idle hours can also be when a client requests a split during the booking. Idle hours will incur a charge of £25.00 per hour.
  • Do I get an attendant with my booking?
    Each booking made, will have up to 3 attendants depending on the bookings requirements.
  • Do I get a variety of props?
    All bookings come with a huge variety of props catering towards all ages. If you would like to request specific props this can be arranged by contacting one of our team on 07506402301.
  • Can I have Extra Prints?
    A complete set of additional prints would incur a charge depending on the duration of the event. However, you could add a guestbook to your booking, with all the additional prints included.
  • Does my booking come with a Guestbook?
    No, your booking does not come with a Guestbook unless it has been added on to your booking. If you have booked a package, then you will receive a Guestbook depending on your chosen package. If you would like to add a standard Guestbook, this can be added on for £40.00. If you would like to add a Personalised Guestbook, this can be added on for £50.00
  • Does my booking come with a USB?
    Yes. All Bookings come with a USB included.
  • What colour Guestbooks are there?

  • Can my Guestbook be personalised?
    You can add a personalised Guestbook to your booking for £50.00. Personalisations can be designed based on your requirements. Information about our guestbook personalisations can be found below: www.selfiemirrorservice.co.uk/guestbooks
  • How many photo prints do I get with my booking?
    All bookings come with unlimited photo prints for your guests throughout the hire duration. If there are 4 guests in one photo, each guest will receive a copy. The maximum amount of copys per person per photo is 6 copies. If you have a guestbook and there are 6 people in a photo, 5 copies will be given to the guests and the 6th copy will be put into the guestbook.
  • If I have lost my USB, can I request a replacement USB?
    Yes. This can be requested by contacting one of our team on 07506402301 and quoting your invoice number. To get a replacement USB this will incur a charge of £10.00. ** IMPORTANT ** PLEASE BE AWARE: WE CAN ONLY KEEP PHOTOS UP TO 6 MONTHS! AFTER THIS THEY ARE REMOVED FROM OUR SYSTEMS.
  • How long do I have before my event, to cancel or reschedule my booking?
    If you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking with us, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non refundable. If you are rescheduling a booking to another date, and a deposit has been paid, then the deposit will be transfered over to the new date if it is available. Please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Do I get my deposit back If I cancel my booking?
    No. A deposit is non refundable. If rescheduling a booking to another date, and a deposit has been paid, then the deposit will be transfered over to the new date if available.
  • After a deposit has been paid, how long do I have to pay the remaining balance?
    The full balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, unless agreed otherwise.
  • How much does it cost to hire?
    We charge £295.00 for a minimum hire of 2 hours. For every hour after, we charge £100 per hour.
  • What locations do you cover?
    We cover London, Essex and Kent.
  • How do I book?
